November 2009
*It's been a very busy year and as it comes to a close Moto Nut Racing can be happy that no one was seriously hurt although we did have some bumps and bruises. We had a very good year of racing and the team should be proud of all its success'. Congratulations to Scott Furtado on repeating his Master's of Mini Championship, to Robby Marshall for his awesome 4th overall at the Southwick MX National and his 250cc Championship at The Kawasaki Race of Champions, and to all the guys for there top 5 finishes in there respective series.
Thanks to our Team sponsors for all there support and products that protect us and help make us fast. To our mechanics, coaches, our significant others who put up with us and help us in too many way to count. We would not be able to play in the dirt without you. We hope to see you all next year.
May 2009
*The month of May started out just as good as April and we’ve posted some great results. Robby Marshall was absolutely on fire and was smoking everyone in the field at both Southwick and Crowhill. Unfortunately he suffered a crash at Central Village, Ct while setting up to make a pass for the lead and went down hard. He is recovering and should be back in action by the end of June.
*Scott Furtado got some monster hole shots on his BBR but went down twice before finishing 4th at Round Two of the Master's of Mini series at Crowhill . He made up the lost points in the next Round Three by going 1 and 1 and maintains 1st place in the senior division.
April 2009
*Central Cycle Club in CT. kicked off the racing season for the NESC series and our rider Don P raced the amateur class. He didn't get off the gate like he's used to but was able to salvage the day by cutting through the pack. After getting caught in the gate in moto-1 and tipping over in moto-2 he finished the day with a respectable top 15 .
*One of the east coasts fastest racers and Moto-Nut Racing is in preliminary negotiations to team up and race several MX Nationals and our New England Series. This is very exciting for us and we hope to share more info with you as it becomes available.
*Moto-Nut Racing supports the Stimilon “Master’s of Mini” race series which starts April 25. Come check it out, we guarantee excitement.
